Desired relative humidity is not reached
  • There is a high level of air circulation in the room. Close doors and windows. 
  • The appliance is standing next to a poorly insulated window or door, which causes air to circulate.
  • In rooms with high ceilings, the humidifying process takes longer.
  • The windows are open, which lets cold, dry air into the room. Close windows. 
  • Do not stop using ventilation.
The air washer smells bad
  • The water in the water tank and water base has been there for a long time. 
  • The appliance is dirty.

How do I clean the disc assembly
  • Do not clean dirty humidifier discs in the dishwasher. The humidifier discs may deform when subjected to high temperatures.
  • If the humidifier discs have just a small amount of lime scale, the humidification performance of the appliance is improved.
